TORO cuisine takes a modern spin on traditional Mexican flavors while staying true to classic techniques. In an effort to honor the classic techniques; the heirloom varieties of corn are sourced from Mexico, nixtamalized in-house, and ground to make the freshest tortillas in the Capital Region. Toro highlights an extensive tequila and mezcal list, along with a guacamole bar, and tacos we’ve only dreamed of.
TORO boasts an 11,000 square foot space, with capacity for 220 guests. In the warmer months, the patio space seats up to 60. Toro is impeccably designed by professionals who are directly inspired by the colors and textures of the Mexican culture.
